求助，我投了plasmonics本来修改好要接收了，却因为重复率89%给拒了，上诉也无果。这个重复率都来源于我的arxiv预印稿[捂脸]请问各位遇到过这种问题吗？应该怎么避免这种情况？先谢谢各位了。拒信如下:
