| 近年来人们用乳液聚合法合成出了不同种类、不同级别的单分散聚合物微球,但由于一般的乳液聚合成本高且最终产物中残留有乳化剂,导致高分子材料的耐水性、表面光滑性等大大下降,同时乳化剂的存在也污染了环境。而无皂乳液聚合法恰恰克服了上述缺点,可以 得到高洁度、单分散、分布较窄的高分子微球。目前, 文献报道的无皂乳液聚合法合成聚苯乙烯在影响微球粒径的因素方面缺乏深入研究。本文从这个方面对聚苯乙烯微球进行了系统的研究, 得到了良好的窄分布、单分散的聚苯乙烯微球。 |

| In recent years, monodisperse polymer microspheres with different types and trades were synthesized by emulsion polymerization. However, the general emulsion polymerization was high in cost and there was residual emulsifier in the final product resulting in a significant decrease of water-resistant property and the surface smooth property for polymer materials. At the same time, the existence of emulsifier may make the environment polluted. By contrast, soap-free emulsion polymerization method was precisely overcame the shortcomings mentioned above, which could make polymer microspheres with the advantages of noble, mono-dispersed and narrow distribution. At present, there was little report on the study of effect of synthesis of polystyrene using emulsifier-free emulsion polymerization on the size of microspheres. This article systematically studied the polystyrene microspheres about this part and a good narrow distribution of monodisperse polystyrene microspheres was obtained. |

| In recent years, various types and grades monodisperse polymer microspheres were synthesized by emulsion polymerization method, but the general emulsion polymerization method costed high and the final product contained residual emulsifier which contributed to decrease of water-resistance of polymer material and surface smooth as well as environmental pollution. The above-mentioned shortcomings could be overcome by emulsifier-free emulsion polymerization method and highly pure, mono-dispersed, narrowly distributed polymer microspheres could be attained. At present, little detailed research referred to effect of synthesis of polystyrene microspheres from emulsifier-free emulsion polymerization method on microspheres size was reported. In this paper, a systematic study on polystyrene microspheres was carried out and well narrowly distributed and monodispersed polystyrene microspheres were attained. |
