内部罚函数针对最优解的积极约束条件进行惩罚(Back, Fogel et al. 1997)。由于最优解的积极约束条件难以判断，因此，常规的进化算法很少采用内部罚函数法(Back, Fogel et al. 1997)。但是，最优解的积极约束条件具有以下性质：在可行域内，如果目标函数沿搜索方向d单调减少（或单调增加），则沿搜索方向d单调增加（或单调减少）的约束条件中至少包含一个最优解的积极约束条件（Papalambros 2000）。根据最优解的积极约束条件的上述性质，我们可以在最优解未知的条件下通过分析目标函数和约束函数之间的相关性判别哪些约束条件可能是最优解的积极约束条件。本文将这类可能的最优解积极约束条件称为最优解的候选积极约束条件，并将约束优化问题中除它们之外的约束条件称为最优解的非候选积极约束条件。 我翻译的英文为： The interior penalty is applied to feasible solutions when the active constraints of the optimal solution are not active (Back, Fogel et al. 1997). However, distinguishing active constraints of the optimal solution is very difficult. In the search process of a COP, the active constraints of the optimal solution have the following property: there must exist at least one active constraint in the constraints which are monotonic increasing with respect to the search direction d if the objective is monotonic decreasing with respect to the search direction d in the search process (Papalambros 2000). Based on this property, we can distinguish the constraints which may be active by the correlations between the objective and the constraints without finding the optimum.
