Absrtact: Quality and quantity of by-products of agricultural scientific research (ASR) are difficult to determine. At present, there is no clear definition standard and management system in our country, and management system varies from different regions. Herein, taking XX as an example, current situation of scientific research by-products management was introduced, existing problems of ASR product disposition was analyzed. Besides, reasons for irregularities among disposal management of ASR by-products were analysed, and puts forward some suggestions for strengthening the management of ASR by-products.
