1个Publish Unaltered，3个Major，1个Reject，最后悲剧啦 已有15人参与

投稿ieee tmm，审稿意见：1个publish unaltered，3个major，1个reject，最后ae给活生生拒稿了（理由如下）。 这个是不是也太严格了？是否有重投必要？ -------------------------------------------------------- the manuscript has been checked by five reviewers, most of which were not too excited about it - 1 reject, and 3 major revision ratings. yet, one marked it as 'publish' but did not leave any comments. also, one of the reviewers who gave a 'major' rating stated that he/she is not an expert in this area. for this reason, i consulted another colleague who i consider a top expert in this domain to have a look at it as well. the colleague also recommended rejection based on the following reasons: .....
