摘要： 本实验采用传统植物内生菌分离方法，从一株蓝果树科植物的根、枝、叶片上分离得到16株内生真菌；通过对峙抑菌试验筛选得到两株具有抑菌活性的内生真菌，编号为G-1、G-4，并对这两株内生真菌进行发酵，对发酵液做抑菌试验，结果显示此二株内生菌具有较明显的抑菌作用。 关键词： 植物内生真菌 抑制作用 发酵液试验 |

Abstract: The experiment used 16 endophytic fungiuse isolated from the roots , branches and leaves of a blue fruit plant ,using the traditional method of endophyte separation ; we obtained two endophytic fungi with antibacterial activity through the antimicrobial test , G-1, G-4, and ferment this two endophytic fungi , test the antibacterial of the fermentation broth , the results showed that the two endophyte with more pronounced bacteriostasis.
