6.1 物料平衡计算的基本公式 6.1.1 收率=实际值/理论值×100% 理论值——按照所用的原辅料（中间产品及成品）理论产量或用量（在生产中无任何损失或差错的情况下的最大数量）。 实际值——为生产过程中的实际产量或用量。 6.1.2 包装材料利用率=使用量/领用量×100% 6.1.3 批物料平衡=（使用量+剩余量+损耗量+取样量）/（领用量+上批结余量）×100% 6.1.4 成品产量大于30公斤，取样量不计入在产品的实际出料量中；否则，应计入实际出料量中，进行收率计算。 6.2 以下岗位需要计算收率或批物料平衡： 6.2.1 青霉素一车间：干燥、粉碎整粒岗位，混粉、分装岗位，外包装岗位。 6.2.2 如果车间岗位实行自动化操作，物料直接进入下一个岗位，无法称量，可以不计算收率或批物料平衡。 6.3 所有内包装材料、外包装材料、标签、使用时，需要计算包装材料的物料衡算；主要物料、中间产品按工艺要求均作收率计算。 6.4 数据处理及物料平衡计算 6.4.1 根据QC检验报告单的检验结论，检验合格且收率、利用率在该产品生产工艺规程规定范围之内的物料方可递交下一岗位。 6.4.2 凡收率、利用率高于或低于允许范围内，或检验结论不合格的物料严禁递交到下一岗位。岗位负责人应立即贴上待处理标志，并填写生产《偏差处理记录》，按《偏差调查管理程序》(SOP No.RY/ZL/010(R1))进行调查，采取处理措施并详细记录。 |
