投国际陶瓷期刊的时候编辑说语言需要修改，直接给拒掉了，我想知道修改英语比较好的办法是什么，这是编辑给的回复，我想知道还能再重投吗 Dear Professor For its submission to the peer review process, English of the whole paper requires substantial/careful editing.
