Research Fellow for CNT Devices 1. Job Description Centre of Micro-/Nano-electronics (NOVITAS) at School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Nanyang Technological University has a research fellow position available now for development of carbon nanotube (CNT) based electronic devices, especially ultralow power CNT field effect transistors, memories, etc. 2. Roles & Responsibilities The research fellow will be in charge of CNT preparation and purification, CNT device fabrication processes, electrode material selections, and device design and process optimization. He/she will work with other team members to develop high performance CNT devices and systems. 3. Requirements * PhD or equivalent in electrical engineering or related areas is required. * Highly motivated and highly independent. * High skills and experience in CVD CNT growth, purification and alignment. * High skills and experience in metallization and photolithography. * Strong research background in semiconductor devices/physics. 4. Salary range S$5500 - 5. Contract length 2 years 6.
