论文拒稿，申诉管用吗？已有14人参与

论文拒稿，申诉管用吗？ 投 cost，3个审稿人，一个同意录用，一个建议扩展 introduction，一个说数据不够。没人建议拒稿。 但编辑直接拒了。。。 -reviewer 1，建议录用，不用管。 “the reviewer would like to recommend this paper be published after the following problems being sufficiently solved:” -reviewer 2，应该是副编辑，建议修改 introduction。 -reviewer 3，没说拒稿，但编辑却说“i regret to inform you that one of the reviewers have advised against publishing your manuscript, and we must therefore reject it.” reviewer 3，给了8个建议，7个是格式建议，1个是添加数据 实在是想不明白为啥拒稿啊。 [ Last edited by zsxxxq on 2019-7-9 at 05:20 ] |
