[交流] 摘要翻译——汉译英

多肽蛋白质的全合成不仅具有重要的理论意义,而且具有重要的应用价值。多肽的人工合成一般以氨基酸为原料,采用逐步缩合的定向合成方法。保护赖氨酸是多肽蛋白质合成中的重要原料。赖氨酸有两个活性类似的氨基,以赖氨酸为原料进行多肽合成时须对两个氨基分别进行保护。本课题选用三种常用的N—烷氧羰基保护基试剂:苄氧酰羰氯、二碳酸二叔丁酯、芴甲氧羰酰琥珀酰亚胺作为保护剂试剂,探索比较不同的反应条件及方法合成相关保护赖氨酸,为提高和改进赖氨酸衍生物化学合成的产率、纯度的提高开展系列的探索性研究。

The total synthesis of polypeptide protein has great theoretical significance as well as important application value. Generally,the artificial synthesis of polypeptide uses amino acids as raw materials, adopting step condensation with directed synthesis methods.  Lysine is the significant raw material of the synthesis of polypeptide protein, which has two  similar activity amino groups. It is essential to protect the two amino group when the polypeptide is synthesized with lysine as the raw material.

This paper selects three commonly used alkoxycarbonyl  protecting group  reagents as the protecting agents, such as benzyloxyoyloxo chloride,di-t-butyl dicarbonate,fluorenecarbo oxygenoxooylsuccinylimine.We investigated and compared different reaction conditions and methods for the synthesis of corresponding protecting lysine.Thus, for the purpose of increasing the productivity of biochemical synthesis of lysine derivatives and improving purity, we developed series of exploratory research.
