      我是606车间的一名技术负责人,能向您请教问题使我感到很荣幸。我们车间现在关键就是选择性加氢。我们现在主要是间歇加氢反应,现在车间加氢主要有丁炔醇的加氢和去氢芳樟醇的加氢。在加氢的过程中我们的主要问题是反应终点不要判断,请问您有没有好的终点判断的方法而不会使加氢过头而产生烷醇。还有就是我们在加氢的过程中经常会产生一些脚料有5%的脚料!主要原因就是因为加氢的温度高的原因。怎么样可以降低反应的温度而使脚料减少。
我们加氢的催化剂是1%Pd用CaCO3做载体。抑制剂采用醋酸和醋酸锌的溶液,请问你们有没有更好的催化加氢抑制剂。
再就是有没有好的反应终点的判断方法。好的反应终点现象什么的

Dear Sir,
I am a principal technician of plant 606, and it is my honor to have chance to communicate with you.

The key step in our plant is selective hydrogenation. We mainly use interim-hydrogenation for 丁炔醇(2-Methyl-3-butyn-2-ol??甲基丁炔醇) and dehydrolinalool. The primary difficulty lies on the judgment of reaction end, we would like ask you if you have any good method for the end judgment to avoid generating alkyl alcohol, and what is the phenomenon of the reaction end?  

Another problem is about 5% waste is produced in the hydrogenation procedure which is caused by the overhigh hydrogenation temperature. How could we lower the temperature and decrease the waste?

In addition, we use the 1% Pd as catalyst with CaCO3 as carrier, and use the solution of acetic acid/zinc acetate as inhibitor. We would like to know if you have better inhibitor for the catalyzed hydrogenation?
