请高手可以先用软件翻译，再手工修饰一下。我也是帮别人的，我不是搞有机合成的所以，我中文看懂都困难，呵呵 就请哪位兄弟姐妹帮忙啦 摘要：以腰果酚与聚甲醛为原料，通过曼尼期反应对脂肪胺类环氧树脂固化剂进行改性研究，最终合成腰果酚缩甲醛三乙烯四胺环氧树脂固化剂（PCD），并对其固化环氧树脂(EP)的合成反应原理、工艺路线、合成方法以及产物PCD-EP的力学性能等进行了探讨。 红外光谱分析表明，羟甲基与多元胺氨基发生了缩合反应，接着其侧链氧化交联聚合得到PCD；PCD固化EP的过程中环氧基开环与氨基活泼氢发生加成反应，从而引起PCD-EP的进一步交联聚合。最终得出n(腰果酚)：n(甲醛)：n(三乙烯四胺)物质的量比为1．0：1．0：1．1时，合成的PCD固化剂综合性能最佳。 关键词：腰果酚缩甲醛三乙烯四胺；环氧树脂；固化剂；改性 |

Abstract:Anacardol and polyformaldehyde as raw materials,through the Mannich reaction we made a study on the modification of aliphatic amines curing agent for epoxy resin and finally synthesized curing agent for anacardol aldehyde triethylenetetramine epoxy resin(PCD),subsequently discussed the reaction principle of curing the epoxy resin,manufacturing route,synthetic method and the mechanical properties of product PCD-EP. Infrared spectral analysis shows condensation reaction between hydroxymethyl and polyamine amino group.Then PCD is obtained while side chains are oxidized with cross-link polymerization; Addition reaction occurs between the ring-opening epoxy group and active hydrogen of amino group during the process of PCD solidifying EP,thus resulting in a further cross-link polymerization of PCD-EP.
