【求一句子翻译，风险管理方面】【截止日期2009，6，10】

This distinction has been neglected in the construnction risk manageemant literature , despite considerable evidence to suggest tha due to unfair and unclear risk distribution practices , incompetence ,ignorance, and time pressures, it is misunderstandings about involuntary risks that are the primary cause of conflict in the construction industry. 我们是工程管理专业，这是一段风险管理的外文原版教材的一段话。。他的翻译我们也有。。不过老师说不对。。 翻译如下： 建筑业的风险管理文化忽视了这种区别，尽管大量的事实证明，由于不公平、不明确的风险分配办法，工作不胜任、无知和时间的压力导致了危机的发生，那种把非自发风险看成是造成建筑业冲突的主要原因的想法是一种误解。。 有两点不理解 1、involuntary risk 翻译成非自发风险。。。老师说是非自愿风险 2、 it is。。。后面这一部分老师说是一强调句，不是一个判断句。。所以这样翻译直接是错的。。 The problem with involuntary risk is that by definition ,responsible parties may be unaware of then or reluctant to accept them .. 这句话也不知道怎么翻译？ 希望高手能帮忙翻译一下！！ |
