大家好，我最近投了一篇Journal of Hydrology，有两个意见不知道咋解决，请大家帮我看一下。 1：Eq. (5), it is not wise to choose a complex equation rather than the simple linear equation. Please note that Figure 14 almost show a linear relationship between eh and em, where eh could be zero when em is sufficient small so that there would be a threshold value of em for the flow in the fracture. Figure 14(b) slightly show non-linear patterns but could be interpreted by uncertainties. However, Eq. (5) logically means that eh>0 when em<0 or em=0. Therefore, this is a misleading equation. I suggest you replace Eq. (5) by eh=a(em-b) where b become a critical em-value controlling the aperture threshold for flow. 文章里面em和eh都是大于等于0的，文章里面的公式关系如图1所示。 2：Before the introduction part, please provide a symbol table with explains for each symbol. Otherwise, you should clearly define all of the symbols in the text. It is better if you show major variables in an equation or define them in equations and figures. Don't frequently define a parameter or a variable with unclear text. 不懂这个“It is better if you show major variables in an equation or define them in equations and figures.”是啥意思，在公示里面怎么突出变量？还是我在introduction前面直接加symbol table 就可以了？ 谢谢大家了  图1.jpg |

| 这都是修改时需要具体做的工作，多问问老师和同门，按要求修改。至于第二个意见里的那句话，看看它后面的表述“Don't frequently define a parameter or a variable with unclear text.”，参考自己的论文应该就能搞清楚 |
