论文确定被接收，近期收到这样的邮件，如下：
This is a notification that a signed license is required for this article -- we need this to be signed before we can publish your article. To sign the license, simply click the button on your Wiley Author Services Dashboard.
按照要求操作之后，点开sign license，并不是授权协议，其内容和OnlineOpen一样，很奇怪，该怎么办呀？本人第一次投稿，希望各位给点意见
