按照reviewer的意见来，每一个问题都进行答复，现在给的意见已经太笼统了。下面的一些内容仅供参考。希望你的论文能够中。例如，第一、unclear scientific approaches，需要说明你的scientific approaches，详细解释，把论文中的科学方法详细介绍一下；另外，需要进一步修改原文，说的不清楚的地方加强描述。适当的话，在response letter中给出一个scientific approaches的流程图啥的。
