ACCESS: 两个审稿人，好像比别人的少。一个接受，一个拒绝但鼓励重投。 问题1：第一个审稿人的1-2条意见不太好回复，test bed 是什么呢？ 是要用硬件实物来验证吗？ 问题2： 重投的时候如何保证同一个AE来处理这个稿件呢？ 感谢指导。 Reviewer: 1 1. It is not clear if the authors have created any test bed, assumed the data or collected the data from discrete sources. Please clarify how the test system has been chosen. 2. Please mention and explain if there is any hardware prototype constructed for justifying the contributions. 3. Please rename the figures so that they are self-explanatory. For example, the title of Figure 3, “Curve of CL” is not sufficient to explain the figure. Please elaborate the figure captions to provide proper information on the illustration. Additional Questions: Does the paper contribute to the body of knowledge?: Yes Is the paper technically sound?: Fairly, the authors need to mention little more about the test bed or analytical tools Is the subject matter presented in a comprehensive manner?: Yes Are the references provided applicable and sufficient?: Yes Reviewer: 2 Recommendation: Reject (update and resubmit encouraged) Comments: • Please explain why xxx method is used in this study (what advantages it offers over other available methods). • Please provide the full form of “XXXI” in Abstract as full forms are required where a certain term appears first in the manuscript. • Please elaborate all the figure captions to point out the knowledge the illustrations are meant to provide. Such elaborations may indicate the trend of graphs, any data of interest, or brief description of a process shown in a block diagram. • Please follow the standard writing format for Conclusion (the works done should be stated in present perfect tense, preferably in a single paragraph).
