[交流] today

tonight，i want to say something, working so many years in automotive components company on foam products, i always believe i can group up to be a good engineer and improve my life. but now it is a joke, in vehicles ' winter, i am fail on change to be a process engineer berfore producting, so i lost my job, now i get an ordinary job, but it is not stable, i feel anxious about it, but this year, i just learn only one skill —foam,i have no chance to go other fields, becuase i dinnt learn other skills and didnt change other skills on communication, my eyes is too small.my mouth is so stupid, my courage is so small, i scare the new things, my brain is slowly. so many shorts on me, how to change, someone had said, water follows down,people goes up. i am running down, i am avoid the world, what should i can do. do i have a new hope to change.

Polyurethane (PU) has dominated the automotive foam market for decades

EPP (Expanded Polypropylene) is the up-and-comer and maybe cause of your layoff

As an automotive foam specialist, you may or may not have anticipated the rise of EPP

This minor oversight might keep you out of work for years outside of China, because

- The automotive foam field appears really close-knit with veterans all having worked for the same companies
         The Woodbridge Group > Faurecia > Magna > Eaton

- These companies might have Non-Competition Agreement's in place barring the pouching of each other's employees

But you are IN CHINA!  Your employer may have been outsourced labor (代工)  or an OEM supplier to these big companies

On a personal level, you have lots of manufacturing know-how and no NCA restriction

Not only that, these international companies all have joint ventures in China already so you can enjoy all the benefits of working for a global company RIGHT NOW!

Do NOT send the same resume to all these companies at once  Customize your resume based on what you learn from early rejection

Always send "Thank you" e-mail with sentences like "I shall contact you again by __[date]__ to follow up"

Follow up with the Hiring Manager BEFORE HR rejects you with a generic form letter  HR KNOWS NOTHING ABOUT ANY JOB DESCRIPTION !!
