The samples studied here were prepared by an advanced ultrasonic spray method, flame-assisted ultrasonic spray pyrolysis (FAUSP), using SnCl4、SnCl2 and appropriate amounts of Si(OMe)4. The precursors were dissolved in ethanol (99.9%), stabilized with a small amount of nitric acid. An aerosol of the solution was generated by an ultrasonic generator, which allows to react immediately with oxygen assisted by a flame. The powders were collected on a stainless steel plate. Details of the FAUSP method are reported in Ref. |
