Fluorescent materials are efficient and accurate for the tracing of target substances. The synthesis of various fluorescent materials is an important aspect of organic synthesis. As a noninvasive, real-time and high-resolution detection method, optical imaging has a broad application prospect in tumor detection. Near-infrared fluorescence imaging in the wavelength range of 700-1000 nm can minimize the background interference, improve the tissue depth penetration, image sensitively and non-invasively. Therefore, it is of great significance to design fluorescent compounds with medical application by using quinoxoline structure. In this study, the crude product of target product was obtained by condensation of quinoxoline compound and p-dimethylaminobenzaldehyde was obtained through reduction and coupling reaction starting from red base gl. Then whether it can reach the near infrared band was explored, and the separation, purification and structural characterization of intermediate and target product was conducted.
