第一篇SCI实验性文章大修，看不懂一些审稿人的问题，求助各位专家老师

各位老师，请帮忙指导一下，我的实验性文章审稿结果是大修，但是编辑有些问题我看不太懂，谢谢各位老师。 1. Statistical analysis, all data should be examined first to see if the data is normally-distributed, then analyzed by the appropriate statistical test (student’s t test or One-way ANOVA, etc.).请问各位老师，这是要求我重新统计分析吗？ 2. In the experiment of Fig 4C, these results need to be described in detail since the authors used a different ctrl H3 (nucleus protein) and b-actin (cell lysate or cytoplasm) to show the movement of b-catenin in the cells. 核蛋白一般用H3，胞质蛋白或者组织蛋白用β-actin, 审稿人的意思是要我解释为什么这样选择内参蛋白吗？ 3. With regard to the analysis of atherosclerotic plaques, please include how many sections were sectioned used for the staining of ORO, HE and Masson’s Trichrome? There is an ATVB guideline on atherosclerosis analysis. 我查了很久没有查到审稿人说的ATVB 指南是什么，请各位老师指导。 拜托大家帮帮我，我第一次投实验文章实在不知道怎么解决这些问题，导师的意思是随便我自己怎么回答，但是水平有限，真的不懂，感谢各位老师 发自小木虫Android客户端 |
