关于IPEMC：组委会给我邮件说因为没有去参加poster就不给EI和IEEE
|

| 怎么收到一封IPEMC的邮件说，因为我没去poster，所以我的论文不被EI和IEEE收录？有这说法吗？注册费我可是都交了啊，事前他们也没有说不去参加poster（我的是poster的）就不给收录了？我上当了？ |

这是我担心和提醒过的，IEEE对不出席会议有要求了。当然一般都还没有强硬执行。 网上也写清楚了，宣读的文章（包括poster）可以进IEEExplore，所以决对不是欺骗，只是他们公事公办了。 http://www.ipemc2009.com/page.asp?id=53 All presented papers (oral and poster) will be included on IEEE Xplore and indexed by Engineering Index (EI) and ISI Proceedings. |
