CC拒稿重投 已有4人参与

论坛的大佬们，小弟最近投的CC回来的审稿意见是拒稿重投，4个审稿人三个都挺正面，让稍微补点实验，有一个审稿人直接拒稿，提了一些问题也没有让补实验，修改后重新投的几率高吗 Thank you for your submission to ChemComm, published by the Royal Society of Chemistry.
