[求助] python v 3.7.1能不能做微生物网络图

我们在做微生物网络时，投稿时审搞人问python v 3.7.1 怎么样做网络图？
方法里这样写的：The SparCC algorithm was used to analyze the correlation of all bacteria genera in the abundance and variety of the Doushen samples, including positive correlation and negative correlation (Friedman and Alm, 2012). Statistical analysis was also performed on the screening of the correlation> 0.1 with a significance level less than 0.05. Then using the python software (v 3.7.1) correlation networks were made (Jordan, et al., 2015).
