编辑wonyong choi的意见： thank you for considering environmental science & technology for your manuscript submission. after carefully examining your manuscript in this office, i am sorry to inform you that it cannot be further considered for publication. the work appears to have been carried out with care, but unfortunately we are unable to accept all of the sound work submitted to us. we must consider each manuscript’s scientific impact and interest to our readership; some factors entering into this decision include things like scope, originality, significance to the discipline, and adherence to length limits. your group has published several works on the catalytic ozonation using iron-based mofs and the detailed study on the ce doping effects for lewis acidity control in fe-mofs should be of interests to the readers of more specialized catalysis journals. please understand that my decision does not reflect the quality of this work, but i am constrained to accept high impact results only that interest a broad spectrum of readers from diverse disciplines of es&t. i wish you much success in your future research. thank you for your interest in publishing with environmental science & technology. 博士阶段已经和est无缘了，遗憾！纠结了2天，难受啊！  |

能投ACB干嘛投EST呀，影响因子低，难度大，性价比差。等你找工作时就明白了，只有211以上的学校才看中业内顶刊，否则人家只关注篇数和分区。 发自小木虫Android客户端 |
