Iron–silicon alloy powders were prepared by annealing an elemental mixture at 1000 ℃ for 2 h under a flow of argon, followed by milling with a high-energy ball-mill (SPEX mixer/mill 8000). A stainless-steel vial and stainless-steel balls of 7.9 mm in diameter were used for milling. The ratio of ball mass to mixture load was 10:1. The alloy powders were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis using Cu Kα radiation. 50:50 (wt.%) mixtures of the pure graphite (Timrex SFG6) and Fe–Si alloy powders were prepared by ball-milling in a planetary mill (pulverisette-7, Fritsch) for 0.5–2 h at a rotation rate of 1600 rpm in anargon atmosphere. Coin cells (type 2016) were fabricated to test the electrochemical properties. The ball-milled Fe–Si alloy powders were mixed with 15 wt.% acetylene black (AB) as an electron conductor and 10 wt.% poly-(vinylidene fluoride) (PVDF) solution dissolved in N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone (NMP) as a binder. The graphite–Fe20Si80 alloy composite electrodes were made by dispersing 90 wt.% active materials and 10 wt.% PVDF binder in NMP solvent. The resultant slurries were spread on a copper mesh, dried at 120℃ under vacuum overnight to remove the NMP, and then pressed into a sheet. The electrolyte was 1 M LiPF6 in a mixture of ethylene carbonate (EC) and diethyl carbonate (DEC) (1:1 by volume).Half-cells were assembled in an argon-filled glove-box. The cells were galvanostatically charged and discharged in the voltage range 0–2 V versus Li/Li+. |

自己先翻译了一下，有些专业词汇不懂，还请帮忙。 硅铁原料混合物在氩气下1000℃退火2h，然以在高能球磨机上研磨制得Fe-Si合金粉末。不锈钢的瓶子和直径7.9mm的不锈钢球用来球磨。研磨介子和混合物的比率是10：1。用XRD来描述合金粉末的结构。纯石墨（50wt.%）和Fe–Si合金粉末（50wt.%）的混合物在氩气氛下以1600 rpm的旋转率球磨研磨 0.5-2h。 制造硬币电池来检测电化学性能。球磨得到的Fe–Si合金粉末加入15 wt.%的导电剂乙炔黑和10 wt.%溶解在DMP的粘结剂PVDF。90 wt.%的活性物质和10 wt.%的PVDF制得C/Fe20Si80电极。泥浆涂在铜箔上在120℃真空下过夜去除NMP，然后压片。电解液是1 M LiPF6的EC和DEC（体积比1：1）。半电池在氩气手套箱中装配。 |
