遇到了和这个帖子一样的问题。
按照文献操作步骤:Hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride (CTAC, 2g) and triethanolamine (TEA) were dissolved in turn in 20 mL water at 95°C under intensive stirring. After 1 h, 1.5 mL of tetraethyl orthosilicate (TEOS) was added dropwise and the resulting mixture was stirred for another 1 h. The products were collected by centrifugation and washed for several times with ethanol to remove the residual reactants. By adjusting the using amount of TEA under the same conditions, the particle size of MSNs was tuned as 25 nm (TEA, 0.08 g), 50 nm (TAE, 0.06 g), 67 nm (TEA, 0.04 g) and 105nm
(TEA, 0.02 g).
合成的介孔硅是椭圆的。按照文献的方法,应该是25nm,TEM显示却是 50nm。团聚的也很厉害。
我是先将CTAC溶于20ml水中,然后升温到95度,再加入0.08g TEA,回流1小时,转速400 rpm。然后再加入1.5 mL的TEOS,继续回流1 h。 |
