请问，如何使用mutation的VAF进行卡平方或费舍尔精确检验，来得到一个样本中成对比较的mutations是发生在相同clone中还是不同clone中呢，具体如下： For each sample, to test whether mutations in each gene occurred in the same clone or whether they were spread in more than one clone, Fisher tests for each pairwise occurrence were calculated with a cut off of p≤0.01. |
