退稿意见： Thank you for sending the  manuscript, "Application of Heat Transfer Enhancement of Technology in Plate Solar Air Heaters:A Review" to Energy Conversion and Management for publication.    A preliminary review of this paper has been conducted and we have the following comments: Your submission is a review paper about the above referenced research subject.
