细胞壁单糖组分分析

[求助] 用AIR 提取方法提取拟南芥细胞壁之后，又用了TMS的方法处理做GC/MS， 具体方法如下： Inositol was added to the sample, which was then freeze dried. The dried samples were heated in 3 M methanolic HCl for 18 h at 80 oC. After cooling and drying under nitrogen, the sample was treated with MeOH and dried several more times, each after addition of about 500 μL fresh MeOH. The samples were then mixed with MeOH, pyridine, and acetic anhydride and left to stand for 30 minutes. These solvents were dried down fully and the sample was derivatized with Tri-Sil (Pierce) at 80 oC for 30 min. After barely drying the samples, hexane was added, and the samples were centrifuged and the supernatant was dried down for analysis. 请各位大神分析下，我的sample最后还剩下什么？ GC/MS的结果是，总carbohydrate含量只有总重的30%？剩下的70%的组分是木质素吗？ |
