【摘要中翻英】急等，最后的金币，帮个忙吧

摘 要：云黄连是我省极具特色的名贵中草药，被认为是黄连中的极品。但在巨大的市场需求下，野生云黄连处于灭绝的边缘，而良莠不齐的人工栽培黄连已逐渐成为主流，迫切需要建立云黄连人工栽培的质量控制体系。本实验采用高效液相色谱法测定云连中药根碱的含量，确定云连中药根碱的最适测定方法，为云黄连规范种植、质量控制提供科学依据。实验得出：采用Kromasil C18柱，0.05M KH2PO4/乙腈=65/35(v/v)为流动相，流量为1.0ml/min，检测波长为345nm，以甲醇为提取物溶剂时分离度好、测定含量最高。结果表明此法简便，快速，精密度高，回收率好。 注：云黄连不会翻译的话用 potato代替就可以，多谢了。 [ Last edited by mhglight on 2009-5-19 at 21:20 ] |

Abstract Yun Huanglian is a characterized precious Chinese herbal medicine of our province, which is admitted as the best type in Huanglian family. However, natural Yun Huanglian is on the edge of extinction due to the huge marketing requirement. When artificial-planted Huanglian with different quality becomes the main source in the market, it is necessary to build up a quality controlling system for artificial-planted Huanglian. This experiments employ HPLC method to test the content of root base in Yun Huanglian, and establish the best testing method for the content of root base, thus providing scientific evidence for Yun Huanglian planting and its quality controlling. The experiments show that following condition: with Kromasil C18 column, using 0.05M KH2PO4/CH3CN=65/35 as mobil phase, flow rate at 1.0ml/min, testing wavelength of 345nm, and MeOH is used as the extraction solvent, which gives great separation effect and best content of test. The results indicate this method is easy, fast, highly accurate and with good recycling ratio. |
