求助NCBI序列下载问题

求助，去年使用NCBI batchentrez功能很顺手， 但是最近无法使用了 https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/sites/batchentrez 上传含有所需序列号的txt，但是显示如下（想下载的是一些HBV的序列，都是从ncbi上可以下载的，现在是想按照序列号批量下载，但是总报错） The requested page has restricted access http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/portal/utils/batchentrez_p.cgi You have requested a page which is not open to the public.
