[求助] 小白投稿Optics Express（OE），编辑返回意见需要大修

第一次投稿OE，四个审稿人，其中三个审稿人认为修改后可以发表，一个认为研究没有意义拒稿。编辑给了大修的机会，但是编辑专门提到了这个审稿人
除此之外，在Reviewer 2 提了三条建议（比较好处理的那种）之后又附上一段文字表示不能理解，原文是这样的：
【 Technical remark: the values of the surface tension and contact were determined both with three significant digits. The authors a) do not explain or justify this quantity of digits and b) do not compare the results with the ones obtained by other methods. It is of fundamental importance in order to discuss the validity of the method.】
请求1，想知道怎么在邮件中回复Reviewer 3 的意见。
请求2，Reviewer 2 这段话应该怎么理解，如何回复或者怎么样在稿件中修改。

I could not understand the measurement procedure described in the paper. The derived equations for the liquid profile and the slope are too complicated to yield any meaningful results.
In my opinion the work does not merit publication.
