As a process and project engineer, you will be responsible for the production process of selected coatings for wear protection. Detailed tasks are as the following:

· Development and implementation of new processes in the complete coating production chain including coating and inspection fixtures for new products, and preparation of series production by process tryouts and generating templates for manufacturing documentation

· Support the daily production of 24/7 operation coating center for component coatings

· Ensure the product is manufactured correctly

· Work closely with production management and to ensure product is shipped on time

· Monitor process chain and identify improvement potential

· Support QMM and coating center management in all coating process related questions

· Audit and write manufacturing and test procedures, track yields and productivity, troubleshoot problems and assist in training technicians, system operators and quality inspector

· Support project management and company experts on quotations for services and new products

· Work with other department engineers and managers on long term projects like quality and productivity improvement or root cause analysis

· Monitor and support coating and measurement equipment maintenance

· Independently conduct sampling for new products / customers including process selection and setup

· Special focus of your work is the requierd cleanliness of the product before coating process. Including responsibility for the cleaning process chain and the equipment maintenance requirements.
任职条件

-Master degree and above majored in chemical engineering or related field

-Working experience as process engineer in the field of component coatings produced by plasma coating processes or as process engineer/ technology developer in the field of component cleaning for series production

-Experience in process development for cleaning equipment - knowing technological requirements, know-how about cleaning machine design, experience in plasma coating and HV equipment is an advantage

-Strong fundamentals in cleaning processes of mainly metallic components

-Good oral English
