[求助] 1、4 vol of 0.1 M NaCl什么意思2、含0.6 M NaCl的磷酸盐缓冲液 (50mM, pH6.0)配置

题目:Then, the myofibrillar pellets were washed three more times with 4 volof 0.1 M NaCl under the same conditions as mentioned above except that in the last wash,the myofibrillar suspension was filtered through a 40 mesh sifter to remove connective tissue  and its pH was adjusted to 6.25 (simulating the pH conditions in processed meats) with 0.1 M HCl prior to centrifugation.  
然后,用4 vol of 0.1 M NaCl对肌原纤维微颗粒进行三次洗涤,除了最后那次洗涤外,,用40目筛子过滤肌纤维悬浮液去除结缔组织,离心前用0.1 M HCl将其pH值调整为6.25(模拟加工肉类的pH值)。
问题:里面的4 vol of 0.1 M NaCl是什么意思?
题目:Finally, the pellets were suspended in PBS (50 mM[], pH6.0) containing 0.6 M NaCl and the concentration of protein was determined by Biuret with BSA as the standard.
最后,将肌原纤维颗粒悬浮于含0.6 M NaCl的磷酸盐缓冲液 (50mM, pH6.0)中,以BSA为标准,用双缩脲法测定蛋白浓度。
问题:含0.6 M NaCl的磷酸盐缓冲液 (50mM, pH6.0),配置是不是用0.6mol/l的NaCl作为溶剂配置磷酸盐缓冲液,里面的ph值,是用NaOH调的吗?
