助理研究员，研究员：
1、有机化学、药物化学相关专业毕业，硕士2~3年以上工作经验；
2、具有丰富的有机合成路线设计和合成经验，并具有较强的分析和解决实际问题的能力；
3、具有扎实的有机化学理论知识，对各类反应机理理解透彻；
4、熟练掌握常见文献检索手段，能快速有效阅读英文文献

高级研究员：
Tasks & responsibilities
• analyze complex data sets to generate structure-activity relationships and hypotheses for optimization.
• design biologically active compounds, prioritize target compounds and plan and initially execute their synthesis.
• provide scientific support and technical training of research associates.
• contribute to interdisciplinary, our internal research teams with the goal to identify novel drugs.
• discuss, present and publish research results internally and externally.

Requirements
o PhD in preparative organic chemistry, medicinal chemistry. Postdoc experience will be a plus.
o Comprehensive and state of the art knowledge in modern synthetic methodologies
o Demonstrated dedication and enthusiasm about identifying and solving scientific problems
o Proven track record to deliver results both independently and in team settings and peer-reviewed publications
o Proficient oral and written communication skills in English

Minimum Requirements
Education: Ph.D. in synthetic organic or medicinal chemistry
Languages: Business-level oral and written English
