[交流] 翻译求助

利用壳聚糖对棉织物进行处理,可以提高染色效率,此外还可以降低染色过程中无机盐的用量。微波加热具有热效应和非热效应,使织物内外同时加热,且微波用于染色具有加热速度快,高效节能且易于控制,因而使织物的染色均匀性大大改善。
论文研究采用微波法以壳聚糖浸渍法处理织物,并且采用微波以活性染料染色,并就微波下、壳聚糖处理后的染色性能进行探讨。通过单因素分析法从壳聚糖用量、微波功率、染色时间三个方面来探讨对织物在微波条件下的染色性能影响,利用正交分析法得出在微波条件下获得较佳染色性能条件是:壳聚糖用量(owf)为5%,染色时间为5min,微波功率为320W。

The use of chitosan on processed cotton fabrics, can improve the efficiency of dyeing, in addition to dyeing process can reduce the amount of inorganic salt. With thermal effects of microwave heating and non-thermal effects, so that the fabric at the same time both inside and outside heating and microwave heating for staining with fast, energy efficient and easy to control, thus fabric dyeing uniformity greatly improved.
Papers explore the use of microwave treatment to chitosan impregnated fabric, and to reactive dyeing microwave and microwave, the chitosan treatment, the dyeing properties were discussed. Through single-factor analysis from the amount of chitosan, microwave power, dyeing time to explore three aspects of the fabric under the conditions of the microwave properties of the stain, the use of orthogonal analysis obtained under the conditions in the microwave to get a better condition that the dyeing properties : chitosan dosage (owf) of 5%, staining time was 5min, the microwave power 320W.
