利用壳聚糖对棉织物进行处理,可以提高染色效率,此外还可以降低染色过程中无机盐的用量。微波加热具有热效应和非热效应,使织物内外同时加热,且微波用于染色具有加热速度快,高效节能且易于控制,因而使织物的染色均匀性大大改善。
论文研究采用微波法以壳聚糖浸渍法处理织物,并且采用微波以活性染料染色,并就微波下、壳聚糖处理后的染色性能进行探讨。通过单因素分析法从壳聚糖用量、微波功率、染色时间三个方面来探讨对织物在微波条件下的染色性能影响,利用正交分析法得出在微波条件下获得较佳染色性能条件是:壳聚糖用量(owf)为5%,染色时间为5min,微波功率为320W。
