| The Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering in George Mason University currently is looking for two excellent PhD graduate students. The students with B.S. and/or M.S. degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics and Materials Science will be considered. The highly competitive students will be offered full graduate scholarship support to work on the following two research projects:1. Advanced materials: topological insulators, nanowires and two-dimensional materials.2. Smart chemical sensor and intelligent sensing systems. George Mason University is the largest university in Virginia and one of the two largest universities in the Washington DC area. The university is classified among R1: Doctoral Universities – highest research ranking.
