[求助] 投稿因为查重被拒，大家帮我看看能不能重投，一楼为回复原文已有1人参与

用turnitin查了一遍，结果9%，是=或小于1%的句式、短语重复，现在不知道能不能重新投，编辑没鼓励，也没说不让重投，怎么办
