二审ready for decision四次次变Under Review 已有1人参与

投了一篇2区SCI：一审大修，副编意见如下：The authors have shown nice mathmatical skills in presenting the results. However, the economic disptach has been studied extensively in the literature. The literature review is rather weak. There are no comparisons results with any state-of-the-art methods. Please enhance the simulation results section by adding more comparsion results. Please resubmit the paper once these revisions are done. 大修提交一个月后变成Ready for decision.但当天又变成Under Review。增加第三个人审稿Under Review持续1个月后，有变成Ready for decision，结果当天又变成Under Review，Under Review 持续40多天后发邮件催稿，回复说等第四个审稿人意见。又持续三天变成Ready for decision，结果当天又变成Under Review！！！大修的二审总共变了三次Ready for decision，四次变成Under Review！！！！求各位师兄师姐告诉下我这是怎么回事啊？我该怎么办？谢谢 没有拒绝审稿，每次都是一个多月回传审稿意见。但为什么每次Ready for decision当天就又变成Under review？二审已将第三次增加审稿人了没有出现过拒审，为什么还under review呢？谢谢 |
