审稿意见看不懂，CdTe量子点合成方面的，求助大家！

本人投稿一篇SCI论文，是合成并对量子点进行了表征，表面包被剂是NAC，然后检测了量子点和蛋白相互作用后蛋白结构的变化。文章重点不在合成，在和蛋白的相互作用上。审稿人好像没有看懂我的文章，提的全是合成方面的问题，而且很多都是我文章里根本没有提到的东西，一点都没关系。以下几条查了文献也没看懂，希望大家能帮忙解释一下这些意见是什么意思，非常感谢！ 1.
