求助翻译下面一段话： 为了解氢溴酸右美沙芬（dextromethorphan hydrobromide，DM）、普萘洛尔（propranolol）、氨苄西林（ampicillin），对wister大鼠体内的对乙酰氨基酚（acetaminophen，APAP）血药浓度的影响，我们用了奇氏HPLC法测定氢溴酸右美沙芬、普萘洛尔、氨苄西林与APAP合并给药组与APAP单独给药组的血药浓度，比较两者的药动学参数。一系列药代动力学指标由每只wister大鼠血中APAP浓度－时间曲线计算而得，AUC、Cmax等显示，氢溴酸右美沙芬和对乙酰氨基酚合并用药组Cmax（9.428±1.1532）μg∕L,AUC0~4h（8.747±0.9436）μg•h∕L；普萘洛尔和对乙酰氨基酚合并用药组Cmax（6.131±0.4683）μg∕L,AUC0~4h（6.471±0.3105）μg•h∕L；氨苄西林和对乙酰氨基酚合并用药组Cmax（7.019±0.7365）μg∕L,AUC0~4h（9.075±0.5540）μg•h∕L与乙酰氨基酚单独给药组Cmax（4.642±0.5113）μg∕L,AUC0~4h（4.878±0.3112）μg•h∕L之间有显著性差异（P<0.05）,结果显示，氢溴酸右美沙芬、普萘洛尔、氨苄西林与对乙酰氨基酚合并用药时严重影响对乙酰氨基酚血药浓度，提醒临床医生和患者应合理用药。 |

| In order to determine the influence between DMH, propranolol, ampicillin and blood level of APAP in wister adult rat, we utilize 奇氏 HPLC to measure the blood levels of feed group (DMH, propranolol, ampicillin and APAP are fed as a mixture) and blank group (only APAP is fed) respectively, to compare their parameters of drug dynamics. A series of drug dynamics indexes are calculated from APAP concentration-time curve, and AUC, Cmax, etc. showed: in DMH-APAP group, Cmax（9.428±1.1532）μg∕L,AUC0~4h（8.747±0.9436）μg•h∕L; in propranolol-APAP group, Cmax（6.131±0.4683）μg∕L,AUC0~4h（6.471±0.3105）μg•h∕L; in ampicillin-APAP group, Cmax（7.019±0.7365）μg∕L,AUC0~4h（9.075±0.5540）μg•h∕L, all of which have significant differential (P<0.05) with the blank APAP group Cmax（4.642±0.5113）μg∕L,AUC0~4h（4.878±0.3112）μg•h∕L. Thus, feeding of DMH, propranolol, and ampicillin combined with APAP will seriously influent the APAP blood level, which reminds a cautious drug use to clinical doctors and patients. |
