travis计算SDF

请问有人用过travis这个软件吗？我想计算Spatial Distribution Function，网上看到这个软件可以用，但是在使用的时候遇到了问题，我想计算水溶液中某个OH的SDF，这时候需要选参考原子，但是到这里不知道该怎么选了，这三个参考原子是应该输入什么呢？ You have to choose three reference atoms from the reference molecule HO: The first reference atom will be put into the center.
