ACSIT，CS & IT期刊怎样

 最近投会议论文急，投了International Conference of Advanced Computer Science & Information Technology (ACSIT 2019)，录用后会在Computer Science Conference Proceedings in Computer Science & Information Technology (CS & IT) 出版，该期刊主页只写了 “Proceedings will be submitted for possible indexing by EI, Scopus,- ISI Thompson Conference Proceedings Citation Index (CPCI), INSPEC.”后来查这个期刊，基本都找不到，期刊也没有影响因子，也不知道被哪个数据库索引。 想问一下，这个会议，期刊是不是特别水，投了也没什么价值？ 虽然这个会已经开到了第7届 |
