NSF award letter

My advisor's NSF award letter, ps, I wrote most of it.. Dear Professor XXXX: This letter is to inform you that the Organic and Macromolecular Chemistry Program (OMC) will recommend your Proposal CHE-0911629 for an award. The reviewers’ comments placed it in the top group of those being considered for funding. This initial recommendation is the start of the funding process. The Division Director of Chemistry has to concur with the Program’s recommendation before the proposal moves to our Division of Grants and Agreements (DGA) where the award is made. To facilitate this process, your Contracts and Grants Office must provide a revised budget along with a budget impact statement that you provide for them. Since the final budget is somewhat less than what was requested, the budget impact statement must describe how the proposed work will be done in light of this fact. You may prepare the budget as you see fit, except it must reflect the following: FY 2009 - $133,750 (including $15,000 for equipment) FY 2010 - $118,750 FY 2011 - $118,750 FY 2012 - $118,750 Total - $490,000 Please make sure that the exact amounts above are shown in the revised budget. If the award is made, the funds will be provided as a 1-Year Standard grant with the entire $490,000 paid to your university in FY 2009. I need this as soon as possible.
