投稿IEEE power systems时关于页数限制的问题

想请教大家关于ieee trans power system 杂志页数限制的问题。 审稿人第一次回复时说了我页数超过限制，我回复了说我是第二次提交，按submission system里说第二次提交可以超过8页。 但审稿人第三次回复如下 You are over the 8 page limit still. I understand the difficulty of fitting, but unless I'm mistaken, it is still the limit including appendix and references. 这个要怎么回复审稿人啊？ 祝好 |
