文章返修，审稿人问了下面三个问题，请教该怎么回答？第一次投蛋白质组学的文章，希望各位懂的大神帮忙，感激不尽！ 1. Line 256, How the authors dealt with the multiple comparison issue? It seems that they didn't adjust the significance threshold and I strongly suggest the authors to do it by using Bonferroni correction or Benjamini and Hochberg False Discovery Rate method. 2. For the data analysis, line 173, FDR of no more than 1% was used for quantification, is it protein FDR or peptide FDR? How did the authors handling missing values in the TMT analysis? 3. What's the internal standard proteins in the TMT labeling? |
