如题: 分别对常规水浴加热和微波功率为 350W、 450W、 550W、的微波辐射加热做了 4组对比数据 ,各组实验还原糖收率随时间变化曲线如图 1所示.从图 1可以看出 ,微波辐射与酸耦合作用能显著提高纤维素的水解速率和还原糖收率 ,其中微波功率为 450W时 ,水解60min获得最高还原糖收率 ,此后还原糖收率逐步下降 ,可能是由于微波作用 60min以后 ,还原糖的降解速率已经高于纤维素的降解速率.从图 1还可以看出微波功率为 550W时 ,在 45min左右就出现了拐点 ,可能是大功率的微波作用在促进纤维素降解为还原糖的同时 ,也大大促进了还原糖的降解。 |

4 groups of experiments were performed to evaluate different heating methods using water bath and microwave radiation at 350W,450W,550W, respectively. Fig.1 shows the reducing sugar recovery (yield?) of each group changing with time. From Fig.1, it was found that the hydrolysis of cellulose and recovery of reducing sugar were increased significantly by the coupling effect of microwave radiation and acid. Especially, the reducing sugar recovery reached the highest point after hydrolysis for 60min when microwave power was set at 450W. After that, it decreased gradually. The reason might be the degrading rate of reducing sugar was much higher than that of cellulose after 60min when microwave effect was applied. Besides, from Fig.1 , it was investigated that the inflection point showed up at 45min when 550W was applied. That probably becuase high microwave power not only accelerated degradation of cellulose to form reducing suger, but also accelerated the degration of reducing sugar. |
