复乳法制备PLGA微球

看到一篇文献制备PLGA微球包裹蛋白酶和疏水小分子药物的，用的是W/O/W的方法，具体步骤如下： Firstly, we prepared the oil phase with 2 ml CH2Cl2 containing 5 mg/ml PLGA. 0.4 ml 1% w/v PVA solution containing 2.5 mg/ml Cat was used as water phase. To obtain the first emulsion solution, the CH2Cl2 solution was slowly added to the PVA solution by sonication under ice- DMSO (5 mg/ml) was drowsed in 10 ml 2% w/v PVA solution for the second emulsion process. Afterwards, the mixture was homogenized using Selecta Sonopuls in ice bath to form w/o/w PLGAR837@Cat nanoparticles. 请问怎么感觉这个方法不对呢，像是O/W/W呢，想参考他做实验，不知道步骤有没有错。 |
